Requirements

·      First Degree in in the Business Administration, Economics or Accounting etc. or Humanities, Social Sciences related field. (Master’s degree in a social science discipline will be an added advantage).

·      12 years Human Resources experience across major HR disciplines including developing and delivering business – driven remuneration solutions in a comparable Oil and Gas industry organisation.

·      5 years payroll management/human resources, and tax administration experience within a reputable and structured business environment.

·      Professional HR Certifications E.g. ACIPM, PHRI, SHRM-CP, etc. or Professional accounting qualification e.g. HRM, ACCA or ACA. ACIT

The specialist will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure the company attracts and retains the best talent available.

📌 Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies using various channels (e.g., job boards, social media, industry events, networking).

• Build a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future positions.

• Conduct thorough candidate screenings and interviews to assess qualifications and cultural fit.

• Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide expertise on market trends and best practices.

• Communicate effectively with candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.

• Provide timely updates and feedback to hiring managers and candidates.

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding.
