Reasons Why Your Family Should Be Your Major Priority

A family is more than blood relationship, this is why Jim Butcher said, “There’s nothing that makes you more insane than family. Or more happy. Or more exasperated. Or more… secure.”
No matter how bad a member of your family might be, the fact still remains that he/she is one of those that makes you happy, exasperated or secure.
The strongest bond in the world is that of a family. Friends, boyfriends, girlfriends etc. can leave you at any point in time, but a family member will always remain in your heart more than anyone else no matter the situation.
Distance can make a relationship crumble, family bound can never be broken by distance.
The love of the family is the next after God's love. Though a member of your family might betray you but no matter the level of the betrayal family is family even when a lover cannot sustain the betrayal.
Family is the last resort when other people or alternatives fails. Little wonder why Jim Butcher said, "When everything goes to hell, the people who stand by you without flinching... they are your family. ”
You wouldn't know how huge you need to admire your family until you ask those that don't have family.
It is the way you adore your family that people will interpret it. If your family means nothing to you it will also mean nothing to the outside world.
So many relationships that have broken has been replaced, but the love/space of the family is irreplaceable.
A father/mother might offend a child but if they show remorse their sins will be forgiven and their vacant space will be occupied by them.
But in the case of any other relationships, a vacant space can occupy millions of people which shows that family bond is the strongest of all bonds.
The family bond is not the one that doesn't allow for mistakes, in fact, the family allows you to make mistakes and get corrected.

Each member of the family should be ready to be offended by another member of that same family, and you must be ready to forgive that person even before he or she offends you. This is because “Family is not an important thing, it’s everything." - Michael J. Fox
Barbara Bush said, “I think togetherness is a very important ingredient to family life.” Don't leave your family because of disagreement(s) that is solvable, you don't know how someone else is dying to have a family to share slight disagreement with. “At the end of the day, a loving family should find everything forgivable.” - Mark V. Olsen.
Cherish your family because it cannot be bought.
Family is the smallest unit of the world, once you can maintain peace withing your family then the world can also experience peace through you. Mother Teresa said, “What can you do to promote world peace? Go home and love your family.”
“You are born into your family and your family is born into you. No returns. No exchanges.” - Elizabeth Berg. Don't be deceived by someone that they don't have problem(s) in their family. Calire LaZebnik said, “No one’s family is normal. Normalcy is a lie invented by advertising agencies to make the rest of us feel inferior.”
Conclusively, ones family is the best group that anyone should be proud to be part of whether poor or rich, “The only rock I know that stays steady, the only institution I know that works, is the family.”-Lee Iacocca. “Govern a family as you would cook a small fish, very gently.”-Chinese Proverb.
