5 Reasons Why Any Lady Should Be Financially Independent

This days many married women bother themselves so much about their man's unfaithfulness.

I know it is not easy to be with an unfaithful man especially for a completely faithful woman, but I think the point of concentration shouldn't be the man but financial independence as this can solve many of any woman's problem even if the man is going places with his unfaithful acts.

Here are 5 huge reasons why any married woman must be financially independent:

1. Men's failed promises

We all know that human being in general are insatiable.

Most men are always moved by beauty. To most men beauty is not just about the facial looks but the figures too, that even after getting married to a queen they still get themselves trapped to another queen because no matter how gorgeous the woman a man is married to is there are plenty queens prettier than the one he is married to outside.

At times it is it is not because a man is determined to be disloyal to his promise that makes him go against the promises, but because of other unforeseen circumstances, this is not to justify any error but to make you see reasons to the point of discussion.

When you have your own source of income apart from your man it reduces this fear because you will have what it takes to take care of yourself and the children even when the man forgets his responsibilities.

2. Untimely Death

We really need to face the reality of death as it is uncertain to any man when he/she will surrender to death. Any responsible man should do all his best to make his woman financially independent as death can come anytime, when this happens to a woman without any source of income how do you expect her to cope especially when children are involved?

I believe if any man claims to love his wife he needs to make her financially free in order to cater for the home in his absence. Though, no one wish to give up the ghost untimely but it does happen and if it does what should be the fate of the partner behind especially when it is the woman?

We shouldn't be blinded by love, the future is so important, i mean the sustenance.

3. To balance the earnings

In this economy, it is important that not just the man but also the woman should earn to sustain the home. It is not a situation that you are not educated or because your man is well to do but sustainability.

I believe no amount is too small as earning because if properly managed it will definitely increase with time.

The truth is that it gives the man joy to know that his woman will be fine without him. See, nothing is small or unworthy to get money from so far it is legal. Women can still be involved in many trade unlike men especially when it comes to buying and selling, I know you have the idea, just get busy and earning, it helps the home to grow financially.

4. For personal satisfaction

For me it is not everything you need to buy you need to ask for the money from your husband. I understand he should be the bread winner but too much load kills the head, why not try to get something doing to relieve him of some spending.

You want to buy pants, sanitary pads, matches, seasonings and some other minor things you might need should be something you can sort on your own.What about if you need to take some appetizer, everything shouldn't come from him. Help him, let him feel the impact of a partner and not a liability.

5. Because financial freedom is good

To me it is even good to be financially independent because you are free to cater for anything you need without anyone questioning you for the purpose of what you have used your money for.

When you are financially independent you are able to cater for any situation be it foreseen or unforeseen which may arise without you waiting for one partner before it can be solved as being financially dependent can cause huge embarrassment to not just you but the family as a whole.


I know many women are nursing the desire to be financially independent but things are not still working for them, just keep pushing hard, don't think it is when you start big that you can make your ground, fingers are not equal; remember, fruit trees started from the seed.
