My Opinion: What keeps you going, the passion for the job or the money?
Pasonally, the two keeps me going, the job will be miserable without any of the two.
Passion is the feeling of enthusiasm or excitement for something or about doing something.
It is one thing to work for you passion and another for the money, but believe me, passion alone cannot earn you the desired happiness without a reward.
Your passion will not pay your house rent, neither will it feed your family nor pay all other bills.
Passion for the job is good but so many things can kill that passion if not in place.
How many doctors will treat a patient without pay? How many lawyers will defend a client in the law court without pay? How many teachers will teach without pay?
The truth is just that the passion will only make the job enjoyable and the pay makes it more pleasant as you are rewarded as a result of being passionate about what you are doing.
Don't forget that even those that have no passion for that same job get paid let alone you that enjoys doing it.

There are so many things we have passion about, but once no gain is coming from it the passion goes with the wind.
Don't let us deceive ourselves, not just because of the economic factor, it is all over the world, passion alone cannot guarantee you the desired happiness when the monetary aspect or good working environment is not involved.
If you want to put it into practice, kindly ask those in charge at your work to stop paying you and lets see if passion will provide your needs.
I am not talking about the services you render in your churches or mosques but the job you do.
Job is what we do with or without passion to earn money.
Passion only makes you to enjoy what you are doing and the reward for the passion is the money, meanwhile, the money is not even for the passion but the job you have done.
